How DNS Works

Ever wonder what happens in the blink of an eye after you type a website name? 🤔 It's all thanks to DNS, the phonebook of the internet!
This fantastic graphic breaks it down:
1️⃣Your browser checks its memory.
2️⃣It asks a "resolver" server (like your ISP).
3️⃣The resolver asks a "root" server.
4️⃣The root server points to the ".com" or ".org" server.
5️⃣That server directs to the domain's official "authoritative" server.
6️⃣The IP address is sent back to your browser, which connects to the website! 🌐
It's a worldwide digital relay race that happens every time you browse. So cool! 💻✨
