7 BUSINESS & LEADERSHIP LESSONS FROM A LIZARD

7 BUSINESS & LEADERSHIP LESSONS FROM A LIZARD:
You have probably come across a lizard 🦎 in your home and despite it not having done you any harm or threatened your relationship with your partner who doesn't know how to prepare visashi for you up until now, you over reacted, that's the power of a lizard, here are business and leadership lessons from observing lizards.

1- They are harmless. A lizard will live with you for years, without intentionally causing any heart attack until the day your girlfriend who loves heavy dimbwi decides to cook dimbwi in the kitchen, spots the lizard, without the lizard saying anything at all to Mwansa,Mwansa will scream, jump, shout her false prophet's name and even give up cooking Heavy Dimbwi.
-Leaders never impact through harm or violence, their presence alone is enough to cause impact.
2- They mind their business. Lizards are considered a sign of good fortune in some societies. They will live with you, observing you debate about which album is a flop and which one is not, they only live to serve their purpose.
-Leaders focus on their purpose, not on what's trending or whatever other people are doing in their private life.
3- They serve first. If you have lizards in your house, insects will be taken care of, and they won't even charge you for that service, they will gladly serve you, they have no union to fight for their insect eating services.
-Leaders serve,it's in their DNA.
4- They make almost no noise. You rarely hear lizards, they make no sounds, unless you are in Chinsali, yes, but those are not lizards, they are wizards, they even laugh under the bed.
-Leaders possess soft power, not noise.
5-They reinvent themselves. Lizards shed their skins to renew themselves. A snake does the same but when a snake is in your house after shedding it's skin it will say a prayer of thanks giving and bite you better than your boyfriend has ever. Not with lizards, their renewal process is done privately and with good motives,to continue taking care of insects in your house.
-Leaders believe in innovation, they reinvent themselves to serve others.
6- They are respectful. Lizards can just be watching you through a binoculars by the corner as you enjoy your food. Lizards eat less but serve more, that's why you will never see a fat lizard, they are content and will never feel jealous that you are enjoying the heavy dimbwi alone with your girlfriend who can't cook visashi .
-Leaders are respectful of everyone, from the janitor to the CEO.
7-lizards fall. Yes,a lizard can accidentally fall on your head and you jump like a kangaroo, doesn't mean it meant to donate a heart attack,no. Lizards can accidentally fall on you,run if you are scared but don't destroy it,it's there to serve you, even the falling on you serves a purpose,to cause you to exercise and burn some calories by default since you are so comfortable with your heavy dimbwi package.
-Great leaders are human, they fall, they error, they make mistakes but cut them some slack,as long as you know that they mean well. Focus on their strengths, not their mistakes.

These are some of the lessons i learned from observing lizards.

Do you like or fear lizards? Be honest!
