Introduction to Mobile Phone Repairing (Full Course)

Nowadays Mobile phones has become part of our Life. Everybody has it whether a simple phone or a Smart Phone.

                                

Why Repairing a Mobile Phone?

There are too many types of problem that arises in mobile phone i.e Dead Mobile,keypad problem, Touch Screen Problem, Network problem, to mention but a Few. So you can earn money locally by fixing mobile phones. Note that you can be only good when you continue practicing and also having keen interest…..where there is no interest, there is no success. If you don’t have interest then this tutorial isn’t for you.

Tools Needed:

1.       Hot Air Machine: (SMD Hot Air Rework Station)-used to Sold and resold chip components such as SMD IC,BGA IC   etc.

2.       DC Solder Iron:  - It is used to do micro soldering work like solding of capacitators,LED,MIKE,Speakers etc.

3.       25 Watt AC Iron( Soldering Gun):  It is used to sold and desold electronic parts and components and it is operated  on AC  voltage

4.       Solder wire:  It melts by the Iron and we can apply this melts wherever required.

5.       Solding paste/Flux: It is used to do fine soldering.

6.       Forchef: it is used to pick and place various electronic components while working on PCB

7.       Mobile opener: It is used to open different kind of mobiles easily

8.       Multi Meter: It has many uses,it is mostly used for checking electronic components ,DC Volt checking ,AC Volts Checking, Checking  DC Current and AC current.

9.       ToolKit: It used to open virus types of screws.

1.   Other Tools Include: ISO Propyl Alcohal( You can use Methylated Spirit),BGA Kit,PPD,Vibrator Machine,AC DC Power Machine,Magnifier Lamp,Jumper wire,Iron Stand,Desolding wire,PCB Holder.

How to Repair  A Dead Mobile Cell Phone:

1.      For Chinese phones- Change the RTC to fix the problem (Some mobile phones get dead if the RTC (Real Time Clock) is faulty.

2.      Do software reloading if still the phone gets hang after software then change the RTC.

3. Replace the 26 MHz Crystal Oscillator.
